The  nameplate  contains  basic  information  about  the 
product:  name,  model,  serial  number  (identification), 
maximum  load,  date  of  manufacture,  confirmation  of 
product  compliance  for  medical  devices,  warning  about 
proceeding  in  accordance  with  the  Operation  and 
Maintenance  Manual  and  manufacturer's  data  (see  Fig. 
5.1).
