Please note that steam extraction operates only in the final stages of
cooking. Therefore, this action does not occur when the oven door is
opened during cooking.

This function will only be activated in time-controlled cooking.

The energy saving option optimises certain functions to improve the energy
efficiency of the oven.

Maintenance

The Mychef combi oven has a preventive maintenance plan that will extend the life of the
oven and allow it to operate in optimum conditions. Depending on the hours of use, the
user interface will display the maintenance plan to be followed and the technical service
contact details.
