106 Emptying waste fluid tank

Emptying waste fluid tank

In the following cases, move the waste fluid in the waste fluid tank into a container to discharge it.

• When Waste fluid tank is more than half full

• When “Empty Waste Ink -> E” is displayed

• When “Full WasteInkTank” is displayed

Display messages

Emptying waste fluid tank

Empty the waste fluid tank.

• The printer stops initial cleaning. After emptying the tank, press the

[Enter] key to resume the cleaning.

The waste fluid tank has become full. Empty the waste fluid tank

immediately.

• Printing or other operation will stop. It will resume when you have

transfered the waste fluid.

Do not mix waste fluid with any other chemicals, even in a small amount.

If mixed with other chemicals (e.g. oxidizing agent), it may produce heat.

Before pouring waste fluid into a container, make sure:

• the container is empty.

• inside the container is completely dry.

Skin or eye contact with UV curable ink may cause skin inflammation or allergic reaction.

For this operation, be sure to wear the supplied gloves (or solvent resistant gloves) and goggles to prevent ink from contacting

with your eyes or skin.
