1) Place the life jacket on a
smooth, flat surface and wipe
off any water. Access the
inflator by reaching under
the cover (Fig. 7) and pulling
the yellow cap toward you,
turning the cell and cover
inside-out completely to
fully expose the inflator for
re-arming. Hold the CO
2
cylinder through the fabric,
using one hand.
2) Insert the metal key between the black locking ring and the
labeled yellow cap. Turn the key counterclockwise (Fig. 8).
3) Turn the black locking ring counterclockwise and lift off the cap
(yellow inflator operating head Fig. 9). Dispose of the used cap.
