DANGER
Components are moving or rotating.
Risk of crushing, danger of parts of the body being caught or pulled in!
• Operate the engine at low load only. Keep clear of the danger zone of the engine.
WARNING
High level of engine noise when the engine is running.
Risk of damage to hearing!
• Wear ear protectors.
Engine coolant pump – Relief
bore check
1.
Check relief bore (1) for coolant discharge.
Result:
In case of continuous discharge of large vol-
umes of coolant (>>0.1ml/h), contact Serv-
ice.
Note:
Observe safety regulations when carrying out
assembly, maintenance and repair work
(→ Page 11).
2.
If relief bore (1) is clogged:
a) Stop engine (→ Page 54) and disable en-
gine start.
b) Clean relief bore (1) with wire.
c) Enable engine start.
