INSTALLATION & SETUP

The Remote Access Module allows you to use the RFID cards 

to control the Secure Plug when access to the unit is difficult.

Initial setup of Secure Plug requires linking an Authorization Card to it.  Please swipe the Authorization Card you intend to 
use for that strip throughout the life of the position. If this card is lost please contact Customer Service.

The system registration and key setup processes can be done on the Secure Plug unit or through the Remote Access Module.

DO NOT PLUG IN DEVICES BEFORE  

LINKING AN AUTHORIZATION CARD.

IF USING THE REMOTE ACCESS MODULE:

  Plug in to 

the end of the Power Strip and affix to surface, if desired.

Plug Power Strip into a wall outlet.

FOR SCREW MOUNT (OPTIONAL):

 Use three #6 (M3.5) wood screws (not included). Measure and install screws into 

mounting surface leaving 1/4” (6.35mm) of the screw heads exposed. Align the Power Strip keyholes (circled in 

blue

) and 

hang onto the screws.
