This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery. If a new or used
lithium button/coin cell battery is swallowed or enters the body, it can
cause severe internal burns and can lead to death in as little as two hours.
Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery
compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the
batteries, and keep the batteries away from children. The risk of a child
getting a battery is highest when changing batteries, please use caution
when doing so. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed
inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.

COMPATIBILITY AND INTENDED USE
MSW Cricket Safety Lights are compatible with 20–40 mm handlebar
diameters. They are intended to aid visibility in nighttime riding conditions.
INSTALLATION
Refer to diagrams for additional information.
Place the front white light on the handlebar. Pull the long strap around the
back and place the hook at the end of the short strap through the
appropriate hole in the long strap to secure it (fig. 1).
Place the rear red light against the back of the seatpost. Align the rubber
strap so that the light is at a 90° angle from the ground (fig. 2).

NOTE:
Make sure the lights are not obstructed by racks, bags or cargo.
TO INSTALL BATTERIES
Unscrew the front of the light from the base in a counter clockwise
direction to access the battery port (figs. 4 and 5). Two CR2032 batteries
are required. The light will run for 50 hours in “steady” mode, and 150 hours
in “flash mode”.
OPERATING THE LIGHT
Press down on the light’s lens to turn on, switch modes, and turn off.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE
Do not submerge the lights in water.
A coin-cell, lithium-ion battery is used in this device. If these guidelines
are not followed, batteries may experience a shortened lifespan or may
present a risk of damage to the device, fire, chemical burn, electrolyte leak,
and/or injury.
Do not leave the device exposed to a heat source or in a high-temperature
location, such as in the sun in an unattended vehicle. To prevent the possibility
of damage, remove the device from the vehicle or store it out of direct
sunlight, such as in the glove box.
Do not disassemble, modify, remanufacture, puncture, or damage the device
or batteries.
Do not immerse or expose the device or batteries to water or other liquids,
fire, explosion, or other hazard.
Do not use a sharp object to remove the batteries.
KEEP BATTERIES AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
NEVER PUT BATTERIES IN MOUTH. Swallowing can lead to chemical burns,
perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within two
hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention immediately.
Replaceable coin-cell batteries may contain perchlorate material. Special
handling may apply. See www.dtsc.ca.gov/hazardouswaste/perchlorate.
Only replace batteries with correct replacement batteries. Using other
batteries presents a risk of fire or explosion.
Do not operate the device outside of the temperature ranges specified
in these instructions.
Contact your local waste disposal department to dispose of batteries
in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
