1.3 Precautions before Installation

Please note the following points

Please choose the ground, wall structure which can withstand the weight of the equipment, the

plane of the installation site should be flat.

The equipment is prohibited to use in the following places: dust, oil mist, chemical corrosion

and other harsh places.

Dispensing booth should be without explosion-proof device, flammable, explosive items are

prohibited to be placed into the cabinet for weighing.

To rinse with water is prohibited, so as not to damage the electrical components of the

equipment or cause personal injury. Alcohol, stainless steel cleaner can be used to clean the

equipment regularly.

The dispensing booth should be placed in a well ventilated room.

1.4 Machine Installation Placement and Use Environment

Installation Position

Installation position of dispensing booth should be avoided to face road and sites people frequently

go through, avoidedto clogwindows and places where ventilation and lighting are not good,

avoidedto block the entrance and exit and place where the open or close of the door is affected ,and

avoided to place oppositely or in the corner of the wall.

At least 400mm must be left in each side of the dispensing booth for the purpose of installation and

check.

(5) Power requirement

The voltage required by the power are the same with the rated voltage

required by the technical parameters

as is shown in Table 2.1.4

(6) Use a multimeter to test the voltage of the live line to ground and the voltage of the null line to

ground respectively, among which, the voltage of the live line to ground should be the grid power,

and the voltage of the null line to ground should be 0, otherwise, the power is not grounded well).

the

 

equipment

is

 

placed

 

finally

 

and

 

convenient

 

for

 

installation
