13.1 Check list for commissioning
Observe the following check list to perform commissioning:
No. Description Complete
1 When mounting on an alternative cap rail: The cap rail con-
forms to standard EN 60715 type TH 35-7.5 or TH 35-15 and
is mounted horizontally.
2 When mounting on an alternative cap rail: The distance be-
tween the screws for fastening the cap rail is a maximum of
10 cm.
3 The assemblies have been mounted and engaged correctly
on the cap rail. The assemblies are securely in place on the
cap rail.
4 The device has been installed correctly and the minimum dis-
tances [
► Section 6.2, Page 35] observed.
5 The supply line is dimensioned in accordance with the perfor-
mance data on the nameplate.
6 The supply line is fused with a miniature circuit breaker:
▪ Rated current: 6...20 A
▪ Triggering characteristic B or C
▪ Rated short-circuit breaking capacity 50 kA with CAT III or
10 kA with CAT II grid connections
7 The 24 V supply cables are connected using a terminal strip
that is located near the power supply.
8 The cable cross-section of the 24 V voltage supply is 1.5 mm²
9 The 24 V supply cables are not longer than 2.5 m
10 The 24 V supply is connected exclusively to the assemblies
of this device in accordance with the connection diagram.
11 The voltage measurement is connected to the voltage divider
VD001.
11 The current transformers are designed for connecting to the
inputs for current measurement (see Technical data [
► Sec-
tion 12, Page 178]).
14 The communication cables correspond to the cable recom-
mendation
15 The dielectric test has been performed and passed.
16 The ground test has been performed and passed.
17 The values measured by the device are plausible.
18 The configured limit values are plausible.
