Command to write data to an on-board I2C EEPROM.

Caution

Board malfunction
The I2C EEPROM contains data for ID ROM and IPMI ID ROM. Over-
writing this data results in a malfunction of the board.
Do not overwrite the data for ID ROM and IPMI ID ROM.
