set search method
Set how your phone searches for Contacts entries.
When you select Jump , your phone jumps to the first
entry matching the letters you enter, while you
enter the letters . When you select Find , your phone
waits until you enter letters and then tell it to
begin searching for entries that match those
letters.

Press Options , then scroll to Setup and press Select . Then
scroll to Search Method and press Change .

create mailing list
Create a mailing list that displays as a single
phonebook entry. When you send a message to a
mailing list, the message goes to all entries in that
list.

Contacts > [New Entry] > Mailing List
Enter a name for the list and press Ok . Scroll to
Members and press the center key

Scroll to each entry you want to add and press
the center key

. When you are finished
adding members, press Ok . Press Done to save
the mailing list.
