Scope of This Manual 

This manual provides installation and operation instructions for the IRRInet-XL RTU 
(Remote Terminal Unit). It also provides on-site replacement instructions for RTU elements 
that do not necessarily require shop level assistance. 

This manual also covers the enclosure assemblies, communication options, and various Input / 
Output (I/O) options.
