Configuring the Cradle
Option 1 is the Configuration menu. Use this to set individual configuration values for the Cradle.
Note that a configurable value will be displayed in parentheses next to each item.
When a menu is displayed (see Figure 67), select the option number that you want to change (for
example 1. General > 4. Set Modem Dial Timeout). At the prompt, enter the new value (for example:
200) and press Enter. The menu will be redisplayed with the newly updated information in parentheses
next to the item you previously selected. Press the Enter key again to return to the option menu. When
you have made all of the changes for that option, press the Enter key again.
When asked, enter Y to confirm and store changes. Entering N, will discard the changes you have
made.
The Cradle must be restarted for changes to take effect. You can do this either by re-powering the
Cradle, or by returning to the top-level menu (see Figure 65) and selecting option 4 Restart Cradle
