Keep in mind that if there are no pictures stored on your Workabout Pro4 as yet, you’ll only see the

Camera

icon in this screen.

•

Tap on the

Camera icon

to activate the camera.

The screen will display the image your camera is pointed at. (The camera is built into the back of
the Workabout Pro4.)

•

Frame the image in the Workabout Pro4 screen. Press

[ENTER]

to snap the photograph.

Photo Menu

When the camera is activated, tapping on

Menu

displays a set of commands to help you modify how your

camera operates, the quality of the photos it takes, and so on. You can also use this menu to activate the video
recorder rather than the still camera.

Moving Photos to the Workabout Pro4

•

Connect your device to your PC with ActiveSync.

•

Locate the pictures on your PC, and drag photos from their folder to the

Mobile Device

(Workabout Pro4).

The Workabout Pro4 can be found under

Computer

(

My Computer

on PCs running Windows XP).

Opening a Photo

•

To open a photo, tap on

Start>Pictures & Videos

. You’ll see a thumbnail of your photos.

Photo Film Icon indicates
the camera is active.

Tapping on this softkey
displays thumbnails of
photos stored on the Workabout Pro4.

NOTE

‘Video’ is a toggle command. When the ‘Still’ camera is activated, ‘Video’ is
available in this menu. When the video recorder is activated, ‘Still’ (camera) is
available in this menu.
