Troubleshooting Peripherals
If any of the peripherals connected to the USB Audio Interface (USB AIM) do not work properly, verify
that they can communicate with the USB AIM and that there are no connection issues.
Procedure:

Ensure that the peripherals are connected to the appropriate ports.

Verify that the cables and connections for the peripheral devices are in an operating condition
and not worn or broken and replace the defective cables.

Verify that the peripherals are mapped correctly in the Peripheral Configuration Tool application.
