1.
Mounting the Speaker Clamps
: Get an idea where you want to mount the speakers. Mount the clamps to your bars. They will tighten up when
the speakers are installed.
Important:
Make sure the speakers will not interfere with your steering, or gauges.

Mounting the Speakers
: Mount each speaker to the clamp and make sure they are secured, but do not apply too much torque to the nut.
The
bottom mounting bolt is chromed stainless steel. The treads on this bolt can be stripped easily if the nut tightened too much, or if the nut is not
perfectly aligned before tightening..
Run the speaker wires down to where you are going to mount the amplifier.
3.
Amplifier Power Plug Hook Up:
Find a place where you want to mount the amplifier.
The Amplifier has three wires that come out of the same grommet on the side of the amplifier for the power, RED, BLUE and BLACK. There are two
power wires RED, BLUE) and one ground wire (BLACK).
Take the BLACK wire and run it to either your frame, or the negative battery terminal.
Take the RED and BLUE wires and twist them together and wire them to a fused power supply. Some common power supplies are, fuse box (most
bikes have an accessory spot), and the headlight wire. The power supply for the amplifier needs to turn on and off with the key or with a toggle. Now
you can plug the amplifier Power Plug into the amplifier.
We recommend that the amplifier turns off with the key, to prevent a dead battery.

Amplifier Speaker Plug Hook Up:
There are 4 speaker outputs, each speaker having a separate positive and negative, making a total of 8
speaker output wires. .
Each speaker is labeled.
The switches and gain settings are located behind a watertight plug, whichalso lights up when the amplifier is on. Be sure to replace the plug when
finished with adjustments

POLARITY GAIN:
Do not depress this button. The POLARITY switch allows the user to optimize bass performance in
the case that there are more than 1 set of loudspeakers producing bass in the system. Play some music with strong bass content and listen with the
switch alternately in the NORMAL and REVERSE position until it can be determined which setting results in more pleasing bass response. If in
doubt, or if any interaction with other speakers is unlikely, then leave the switch in the NORMAL position.
6.
GAIN –
The GAIN control adjusts the overall level of the amplifier. When using the amplifier without volume control the level should beset to
achieve a balance with other loudspeakers in the system. As a rule, keep the gain setting as low as possible while still insuring that the system will
reach full output power. When using the system with external volume control, set the external Volume Control to FULL (clockwise) and adjust the
gain on the amplifier until full output power is reached. Full output power level can be determined by turning the gain control clockwise until the
apparent loudness does not appear to increase any more. Leave the control at the setting where this begins to become apparent.
Don’t misuse the level control!
Do not mistake the input level control for a volume control! It is designed ONLY to match the output level of your audio source to the input level of
your amplifier.
Do not adjust this input level to maximum unless your input level requires it.
Ignoring these instructions will result in an input overload to the amplifier, and excessive audio distortion. It can also cause the protection circuit to
engage.
7.
Amplifier Input Plug:
You will find a 6’ black cable with a earphone jack on each end. Plug one side into the amplifier, and then run the other
end of the wire up to where your device is going to be, and plug it into the earphone jack of your device. If you have an IN-Line Volume Control, it will
plug up between this cable and your audio device.
Make sure that all wires are away from hot areas, and that everything is secured to your bike. Before your turn on the power, make sure
that your devices volume is turned down. You can damage your speakers/amplifier if your device is at full or loud volume when the amp
is turned on. You will always want to start off with a low volume and build up to a louder volume. This will prolong the life of your
speakers/amplifier. Everything should now be hooked up correctly. You can now use the speakers.
