The D-20 Blowgun with Filter provides a clean, dry supply of compressed air for parts blow-off and surface cleaning. Used properly, the blowgun will
remove contaminants, condensed moisture and aerosols from the air stream as small as .01 microns in size. Filter will absorb up to one fluid ounce of
moisture.

— This safety blow gun conforms to the requirements of Compressed Air Standards as currently described in the U.S.
Bureau of Labor Standards, paragraph 1910.242, when pressurized at the inlet to a maximum of 100 PSIG. Also conforms to current O.S.H.A.
Directive No. 100-1.
INSTALLATION & OPERATION

WARNING: Do not operate blowgun without wearing and maintaining appropriate personal protective equipment. At a
minimum this should include a full face shield and snug fitting gloves. A particle mask should be worn when producing
dust.
Do not expose filter housing to solvents. The plastic housing will be adversely affected by aromatic hydrocarbons
including solvents, keytones, thinners, etc. Failure to follow this instruction may lead to personal injury and/or property
damage!
Never point tip of spray gun towards the face, eyes or any exposed body part. Never point tip of spray gun towards
others. Never dead end tip of spray gun against the skin or any body part.

OPERATION
1.
Connect blowgun to an unpressurized compressed air supply hose.
2.
Pressurize hose to a maximum of 100 psi.
3.
Point blowgun in a safe direction and operate lever to release compressed air. Observe all safety precautions while operating blowgun.
4.
Depressurize hose and disconnect blowgun when not in use.
