Troubleshooting
Please plug the
battery into the
trolley.
Please press the
on/off button.
Is the No. 2 light
on the controller
box lit?
Is the No. 3 light
on the controller
box lit?
The LED board inside
the handle is faulty.
Please replace this part.
Is the No. 1 light
on the controller
box lit?
The fuse may have blown in your
battery cable, please check this first.
If the fuse has not blown then the
battery is either faulty or one of the
connections is loose. Unzip the battery
bag to check the connections.
