INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Begin by removing the torx screws, grills
and the three bolts on the bottom as shown
in Figure 1.
2.
Remove the two bolts shown in Figure 2
and remove the entire bumper from the
machine.
3.
Attach your roller/hawse fairlead to the
winch mount with the hardware that was
supplied with your fairlead.
4.
Connect the Winch Wires to the Winch
Leads.
5.
Place the winch mount into location on the
bumper and attach using the supplied 5/16”
hardware and the two torx screws that
where removed during Step1. This is done
by putting the winch mounting section of
the mount through the bumper hole and
assembling the mount as a replacement of
the original grill as shown in Figure 3.
6.
Assemble your winch to the mount plate
using the hardware supplied with your
winch and at the same time feed your cable
through the fairlead and attach the cable
hook.
7.
Reassemble the bumper to the frame by
loosly re-fastening the hardware that was
removed in Step 1 and 2.
8.
Attach the back of the winch mount to the
three holes in the frame using the supplied
3/8” carriage bolts. (only the two outside
bolts are required)
9.
Tighten all Bolts and replace grill.
10.
Using the instructions provided with your
winch, wire accordingly.
11.
The winch contactor location is shown in
Figure 4. This location is just under the
hood on the LH side if you where looking
at the front of the machine. Please use the
included self-tapping #8 screws to secure
your contactor.
(
Note: this location is set up for
the standard contactor and some contactors may
not work with this bolt pattern but can be mounted
in the general area.
