Manual Independent Operation of Parts Catcher

Manual independent operation is allowed only for recovering parts catcher operation

from a trouble. Operating the parts catcher carelessly in the manual independent

operation mode will cause discrepancy between the actual status and memory-stored

status of the parts catcher, and it could cause accidents.

By manual independent operation, a series of parts catcher operation can be performed.

Manual independent operation of the parts catcher is valid only in the MDI mode.

Place the DOOR INTERLOCK key-switch in the

NORMAL

position.

Close the front door.

Place the PANEL key-switch in one of the positions

indicated below.

Press the HEAD CHANGE switch

(head 2) to

select the spindle 2 side.

Select the MDI mode (
