Parts Catcher IN/OUT Manual Operation
1)
Place the DOOR INTERLOCK key-switch in the
NORMAL
position.
2)
Close the front door.
3)
Place the PANEL key-switch in one of the positions
indicated below.
(ON)
(PANEL/EDIT)
4)
Select the spindle (spindle 1 side or spindle 2 side)
to be operated by the HEAD CHANGE switch
(head 1) or
(head 2).
5)
Select any of the following modes with the MODE
selection switch.
(handle)
(jog)
(rapid traverse)
(zero return)
6)
When moving the parts catcher OUT
Press the
[PARTS CATCHER OUT]
switch.
7)
When moving the parts catcher IN
Press the
[PARTS CATCHER IN]
switch.
