inspection by maintenance engineers are the keys to
long-lasting machine accuracy. Prior to inspection, confirm the
following points:

Any abnormality discovered during daily inspections must
be reported to maintenance engineers. If necessary, repair
or replacement is to be performed immediately.

action in compliance with the instructions of operators who
are in charge of daily inspection.
