CAUTION
主轴刀具夹紧时,机床操作面板上的状态指示灯刀具夹紧点亮。
通过观察状态指示灯刀具夹紧,检查主轴刀具夹紧或松开。

When the spindle tool is clamped, the status indicator TCL
(tool clamp) on the machine operation panel is illuminated.
Check whether the spindle tool is clamped or unclamped
by looking at the status indicator TCL (tool clamp).

在手动模式下按下此按钮,即使主轴上没有装夹刀
具,主轴也执行刀具夹紧操作。
When this button is pressed in manual modes, the
spindle executes tool clamp operation even when
there is no tool set in the spindle.

当刀具安装在主轴上且满足刀具松开的条件时,如
果在手动模式下误按下
[
刀具松开
]
按钮,则主轴
上的刀具松开且可能掉落,从而引起刀具和机床损
坏。
在手动模式下按下此按钮,即使主轴上没有装夹刀
具,主轴也执行刀具松开操作。

注意
主轴旋转时不能进行刀具松开操作。主轴不能在松开状态
下旋转。

CAUTION
If the [Tool Unclamp] button is pressed by
mistake in the manual mode while a tool is
mounted in the spindle and the conditions for
tool unclamp are satisfied, the tool in the
spindle is unclamped and could be fallen,
causing damage to the tool and the machine.
When this button is pressed in manual modes, the
spindle executes tool unclamp operation even
when there is no tool set in the spindle.

NOTE
Tool unclamp operation is not possible while the spindle
is rotating. The spindle cannot be rotated when it is in the
unclamped state.
