1. Remove contents from the box.
2. Assemble the FM2 camera bracket. Align the long slot on
the long bracket with the long slot on the short bracket.
Using a carriage bolt, 5/16" washer, 1/4" at washer, split
lockwasher, and hex nut, attach bracket arms together
loosely (Figure 1).
3. Mount the FM2 bracket to one of the three holes located
in the center of the 2 x 2 black housing tile..
4. Remove the existing ceiling tile from the desired location.
NOTE: In some cases units may be pre-assembled.
5. Insert the loose end of the saftey cord on the dome
through the middle hole on the edge of the housing
opening (Figure 2).
6. Align the eyelet on the cord with the hole located on the
inside of the housing tile opening.
7. Insert the 6-32 x 1/2 round Phillips head screw through
the hole and eyelet. Place the star lockwasher and 6-32
hex nut on the screw and tighten.
8. Fit the 2 x 2 housing tile in the desired location. The
housing tile will rest on the ceiling grid. (Be sure the grid
is adequately supported).
9. Feed the wire through the conduit hole in the top of the
housing tile.
10. Secure the camera to the swivel on the FM2 bracket.
11. Adjust the camera to the desired position, tighten all
connections and complete the wiring of the camera.
12. Place the black opaque liner into the dome and rotate the
black retaining tabs on the dome ange so that they hold
the liner in place.
13. Rotate the liner so that the hole is in the correct position
for the camera lens.
14. Place the dome so the the swivel latches into the two
holes on the housing tile. Snap the latch closed.
