STANDARD INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. You must
fi
rst remove the main housing bracket to install the
optional heater and blower kit. Remove (3) 10 x 32 Bolts
(Figure 1).

2. The blower installs on the front side of the main housing
bracket. Secure in place using (2) 4 x 40 x 5/8” bolts and (2)
star washers (Figure 2).
3. The heater is installed on the backside of the main housing
bracket. First, clean the mounting surface area with rubbing
alcohol. Remove the protective
fi
lm from the back of heater
and press it on to the bracket (Figure 2).

4. The blower wire connector is attached to the connector marked
“BLR2” on the PC Board. The Red wire should be facing the
“+” symbol on the board. Wires on the connector should
be facing down towards the bracket. The spiral wrapped wires
from the blower MUST
fi
t into the notch on the side of the
bracket (Figure 3).

5. Heater wires are attached to the (4) position heater-terminal
block. These (2) wires should be installed in the last (2)
positions of the terminal block near the corner of the PC
Board.
6. When installing main housing bracket back into the housing
check to see that the wires for the main connector are facing
the bracket as shown in

7. A new rating label is included with this cold weather kit. Peel
the label off of the backing and place over the old rating label
inside the housing.

This unit is designed for operation in an
upright position. Installing the Fusionome™
upside down may cause damage to the
internal equipment, and will void the war-
ranty.
