CLEANING THE AIR FILTER

The mini bike’s air filter must be clean in order for the mini bike to operate properly.

Inspect the air filter in your mini bike as part of your regular maintenance routine

and clean it whenever it appears dirty. Follow the steps below to clean the air filter:

1. Place the mini bike on a firm, level surface and turn the engine stop

switch to the “off” position.

2. Remove the air filter from the housing that holds it in place by removing

the wing nuts and then lifting the cover and filter up and off.

3. Wearing gloves and eye protection, dampen the air filter using a special-

ized air filter cleaner or a non-flammable solvent.

4. Allow filter to dry completely.
5. Reinstall the air filter and the air filter cover.
