2 avocados, peeled and de-seeded
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Beetroot Dip
16 oz. (450g) can beetroot, drained
9 oz. (250g) cream cheese, softened
1 garlic clove
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Place the beetroot, garlic clove, and olive oil into the blender.

Blend on medium speed for 5-10 seconds.

Add the cream cheese, breaking it up into small pieces.

Blend on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
