6.5: Loyalty Purchase Transactions

This transaction is used to award points to a Loyalty Card. A loyalty pur-
chase transaction can be completed with a Loyalty Card, a Combination
Card, a Loyalty Card and a Combination Card, a Loyalty Card and a Credit
Card, a Loyalty Card and a Debit Card, or a Loyalty Card and Cash.

When awarding Loyalty Points with a separate Loyalty Card and a Pay-
ment Card, the Loyalty Card MUST be swiped first.
