Obtaining customer feedback via surveys
If you enabled surveys, and created at least one survey question, it will appear on the Customer Display as a way
to solicit customer feedback about their shopping experience. Follow the instructions below to record customer
feedback.
1.
Process the customer’s transaction on the primary iPad.
2.
At the survey screen that appears (on the secondary iPad), the customer taps the star rating this visit
deserved.
3.
The customer taps
Submit
at the bottom of the screen.
The feedback is recorded for later reporting, and the Customer Display returns to its idle screen.
