7.5: Pre-Authorization
Use this transaction to obtain authorization for a purchase transaction where the
final dollar value of the transaction is unknown. (e.g.) In a restaurant environment,
a tip may be added. This function provides authorization ONLY and does not
CAPTURE the transaction for deposit. Moneris will capture the final purchase
amount when a Pre-authorized Completion transaction is performed.
