4) In the line “Password Enable”, select the option “Enable”.
With the option “Disable”, the corresponding user can
operate the recorder without entering a password.
5) To save the settings, click “Save”; for a reset to the factory
settings, click “Default”.
6) To grant specific rights to the user created, click the

Some IP cameras (e. g. the model IOC-2812BV or IOC-2812DV)
can analyze images in different ways and can, when a specific
situation is detected, cause the recorder to trigger specific
actions.

2) In the header “PID LCD … CC Statistics”, click the appro-
priate option to select the analysis type to be used. Only
the channels whose camera supports the function selected
will be shown.

Click to define up to 4 detection fields (for “LCD
and “CC”, up to 4 lines).
1. Click the left mouse button to define the four
corners of the field or the two end points of
the line. When you draw a field, make sure that
there is no notch in the field; otherwise, an error
message will be shown.
2. To activate the field/line: In the menu to the left
of the image, click the symbol

“Rule Switch” (to deactivate, click

3. In the line “Rule Type”, define the motion direc-
tion that is to trigger an action:
A->B = motion going into one direction
B->A = motion going into the other direction
A<->B = motion going into both directions
The directions are indicated by the arrows.
4. To change a field / line, click the red square to the
left of the field number / line number. Keep the
left mouse button pressed and move the corners.
To move the entire field / line, place the mouse
pointer into the field / on the line and keep the
left mouse pressed.
5. To save the settings, click “Save”.
6. To remove all fields/lines, click “Remove All”;
to remove the field/line selected, click “Remove”.
7. To go back to the menu, click the right mouse
button in the camera image.
