Define the Overflow Dispense Height
The overflow dispense height defines the height of the manifold during a dispense for an
Overflow
wash. The dispense height must be higher or equal to the height for aspiration.
When using the
Overflow
wash mode, Molecular Devices recommends that you use a
dispense volume that is slightly more than the well volume.
