Creating System Information Reports
The System Information Report contains system setting information that is useful to resolve
issues.
To create a System Information Report:
1. In the MetaXpress software, click Help > About MetaXpress to display the About
MetaXpress dialog.
2. In the fields on the right, enter your contact information.

3. Click Print Report to display the Print Setup dialog.
4. Click the Name drop-down and select Adobe PDF or to a text file.
5. Click OK to display the Save As dialog.
6. In the Name field enter the file name.
7. Navigate to the location to save the file.
8. Click Save to display the report in .pdf format.
9. Send the report file to the Molecular Devices support personnel as an email attachment.
