Uninstalling Cell Reservoir.
When the Cell Reservoir is configured and detected by the instrument,
it will be the only available choice as the Source Plate 3 selection.
ScreenWorks displays
Cell Reservoir: OK
in the Instrument Status
tab. In order to use the Source 3 position for a different source plate,
the Cell Reservoir will have to be uninstalled.
1.
Remove the Reservoir Connector by loosening both Captive
Thumb Screws.
2.
Place the Reservoir Connector by the Tip Washer.
3.
Remove the Cell Reservoir.
4.
Click
Instrument > Refresh Configuration
.
The
Instrument Status
tab displays
Cell Reservoir:
NOT_OK
.
This status indicates that another plate can now be selected for
the Source Plate 3 position.
Note:
The Cell Reservoir can be autoclaved at this time.
