Set Action: Sets a field, <m>, of the open protocol settings, where <m>
is 0 = start message, 1 = end message, 2 = protocol
parameters. A protocol must be opened (/protocol open)
before /protocol set can succeed.
The <Args> parameter for set 0 and set 1 is the start or end
message enclosed in double quotes.
The <Args> parameter for set 2 is a list of single character
tokens followed by the token value, where the tokens are:
P: Plate ID, 0-31 or -1 for “no plate”.
M: Stacker mode (0 = manual, 1 = automatic, use
stacker if attached).
R: Restack mode (0 = no restacking, 1 = restack plates
after protocol completes with a stack of plates).
Set Response: “No data OK” response if the command succeeds.
Set Example: /prot set 0 “Hello world”CR sets the start message.
/prot set 2 P2 M1 R1CRsets the plate to type 2, automatic
stacking and restacking on.
/prot set 2 P-1 M0CRsets the plate to type to “no plate”
(only maintenance steps available) and manual plate
delivery.
Action: Edits and views steps of the currently open protocol
(/protocol open). The first parameter defines the specific
action. Step indices range from 0–49.
