Setting the DMI outputs
The Tx-PDO channel 1 is used to set the outputs and operate
the motor starter functions. The corresponding data can be
used for direct setting of the DMI outputs.
3 data bytes are transmitted, which are arranged as follows:
Byte 0: always 14

1) With reversing star/delta starter.
2) With star/delta DOL starter.
3) With reversing starter.
4) Without motor starter function.
5) With DOL starter.
