Check the things below before contacting our Service Center in the event of interruption of operation:
The water does not come
out.
1. Check if the water source is off? Or water pressure is too low?
2. Check if the safety valve on the water pipe is open?
3. Check if they are clogged?
No hot water, heating
indicator is on:
1. Check whether the set temperature is correct;
2. Check whether water temperature is adjusted well;
3. Heating time is not enough
Heating indicator is off, no
hot water flow out: 1. Check if the power is on.
2. Check if inside connection is loosing, otherwise, ask for
maintenance.
Hot water is not stable,
sometimes is cold water,
sometimes is hot water
It caused by unstable outlet water pressure, it will be normal after
the pressure is stable.
Water flows from the Safety
Valve
1. If there is little water flowing upon heating, it is a normal thing.
2. If water continues to flow for a longer period of time, it indicates
that the water pressure is higher than the pressure that is set
on the water heater. Contact Service Center for repair.
