Function
(1) Writes clock data stored in and the following devices to the clock element of the CPU
module.
(2) Each item is set in BIN value.
(3) The year in is specified by using 4-digit year indication between 1980 to 2079.
(If a particular era name is used for year settings, leap years cannot be automatically
adjusted.)
(4) +1 specifies the month in values from 1 to 12 (January to December).
