4.10.6 Remote-controlling the externally connected device <MODEOUT control

With a click on the MODEOUT control button
of the Camera Window panel (refer to Sec.
3.3.2) or the MODEOUT control button
of the Camera window, the MODEOUT control
panel opens. Operation of each button is shown in the figure below.
When MODEOUT on the recorder side is set to “LAN”, the right button becomes effective. By
clicking the button, you can control polarity of the MODEOUT terminal in the back of the recorder.
The right lamp is off as default polarity.
When the button is right-clicked, the dialog below is displayed and you can change the name
displayed on the button. Keep in mind that the number of characters for a button name is
limited.
