9.3 Internal User Device
This section explains devices which are created on the work RAM of the C Controller
module.
This is a device that can be used to suit the user application.
An internal user device is created with device functions.
For the device functions, refer to the following.

9.3.1 Internal relay (M)
This is an auxiliary relay used inside the C Controller module.
9.3.2 Data register (D)
This memory can store numerical data (-32768 to 32767 or 0000

9.4.1 Special relay (SM)
The special relay is an internal relay, the specifications for which are determined inside the
C Controller module, which stores the status of the C Controller module.

The special register is an internal register with the determined specifications inside the C
Controller module, and the register stores the status (failure diagnostic, system
information, etc.) of the C Controller module.
