6.8.5 Life of CompactFlash card
A life of CompactFlash card is limited (a limited number of writing). The life calculation
method is shown below. The actual life varies depending on operating conditions.
Use this as a guide to estimate the time for replacement.
(1) For the QD81MEM
(a) Calculation of life
The life of a CompactFlash card can be calculated as follows:

The total writable size of CompactFlash card is as follows:
