5. Removing the blower fan assembly
Step 1) Remove the water tank, the side case, the front
case, and the rear case following the steps in
sections 1 to 4 above.
2) Remove each connector (8) from the power/
control board, and remove the power/control
board box assembly.
3) Detach the catch on the drain EVA, and remove
the fan assembly.
*1) When installing the blower fan assembly, fi t the
rib of the drain EVA into the gap in the blower
fan, and fi nally push down the blower fan
assembly using the catch on the drain EVA.
<<Removing the cool air motor>>
Step 1) Remove the fan cover setscrews (5), and remove
the fan cover.
2) Remove the cool air fan locknut, the plate fan,
and the cool air fan.
3) Remove the cool air motor holding plate and the
setscrews (4).
4) Remove the cool air motor.

Step 1) Remove the warm air fan locknut, and then
remove the warm air fan.
2) Separate the warm air motor lead wire from the
motor case.
3) Remove the warm air motor holding plate the
setscrews (4).
4) Remove the warm air motor.
