Deceleration stop monitoring

Speed monitoring during deceleration
During deceleration, when both the absolute value of the speed command and the absolute value of the speed feedback
become equal to or less than the value set in [Pr. PSA04 Safety sub-function - Stop speed], deceleration is considered to have
been completed, and stop monitoring (SOS) starts. However, there will be a delay equal to the time set in [Pr. PSA15 Safety
sub-function - Speed detection delay time] until stop monitoring starts after the speed falls to or below the stop speed.

Delay time monitoring during deceleration
If the elapsed time after the SS2/SOS function is activated exceeds the value set in [Pr. PSA03 SS1/SS2 deceleration monitor
time], it is considered that deceleration has ended and stop monitoring (SOS) is activated.
