Safety sub-function control by network
This figure shows a function block configured to allow safety sub-functions to be executed via CC-Link IE TSN Network.
Wiring can be reduced using this method.
*1 Safety switches, safety relays, etc.
*2 Signal input from CN8 is disabled when using the safety sub-functions over a network. Wire the block so that signals can be input from
a controller. The safety sub-functions can still be used even if a short-circuit connector is connected to CN8. CN8 output signals can also
be used.
