One-shot Timer

The output signal is turned on for the specified time period using an input signal as a trigger.
The following describes a link and parameter example of a one-shot timer. With the example setting, an output is turned on for 
100ms using an external input signal as a trigger. Note that this link example is for when a 32-bit unsigned multi function 
counter block is used.
