Communication Function Used in Redundant 

Master Stations

This section describes the communication example of safety communication function when the system uses the SIL2 Process 
CPU and the master station is redundant.

System configuration example

The following system configuration is used to describe the communication example of safety communication function when 
the system uses the SIL2 Process CPU and the master station is redundant.
