The following table lists the errors in the Safety CPU applicable to the setting that specifies the operation of all the CPU
modules of when a major or moderate error has occurred in any of the CPU modules.
Error clear
This function clears all the existing continuation errors occurring at the Safety CPU or safety function module at once.
Errors that can be cleared
