2.2.7 Procedure for wiring the hand output cables
The hand output cables (GR1 and GR2) are coming out from the rear of the No. 2 arm. If these cables are not
used, put the cables inside the arm according to the following procedure.
The procedure for using these cables are described in
"3 Installing the option devices" on page 34
. Please handle
accordingly by referencing this section when installing the solenoid valve.
■ Procedure for handling the hand output cables
1) When the robot is shipped, the hand output
cables are coming out from the rear of the No. 2
arm.
2) Insert the connector into the back of the No. 2
arm.
3) Install the grommets that come with the product
to the robot.
4) Fill the surrounding areas of the grommets with
silicon rubber.
