Starting frequency and start-time hold function (Pr. 13, Pr. 571)
You can set the starting frequency and hold the set starting frequency for a certain period of time.
Set these functions when you need the starting torque or want to smooth motor drive at a start.
The above parameters can be set when Pr. 160 "User group read selection" = 0.
Starting frequency setting (Pr. 13)
The motor is started with the specified start frequency as soon as the frequency inverter receives a
start signal and a frequency setting that is greater than or equal to the preset starting frequency.

The inverter will not start if the frequency setting signal is less than the value set in Pr. 13.

When 5Hz is set in Pr. 13, the motor will not start running until the frequency setting signal reaches
5 Hz.

WARNING:
Note that when Pr. 13 is set to any value lower than Pr. 2 "Minimum frequency", simply turning
on the start signal will run the motor at the preset frequency even if the command frequency is
not input.
