15. Abbreviated Dialling Programming
15. 1. Setting up an Abbreviated Dialling Number - Method 1
This method of programming abbreviated dialling is used while in programming mode.
15. 1. 1. Example
Assuming that by using Method 1, 700 has been assigned the number 0800123456. The
number can be addressed in the following manner:

User goes off-hook
•
User dials #

00.
The Dialer will then dial out 0800123456.
Note: The #
✳
is a flexible prefix. It can be programmed to meet a customer’s requirements.
However, the requirements should not conflict with the dialling plan.
